Admins and Members have to:
-Have the Avatar/Photo
-Help other players
-Be graceful and good person

Admins and Members must not:
-Rage and Flame
-Kick/Ban no reason
-Abuse commands

-If they be like 1 opoinion you will be promoted
-If they are like 2 *bad* opinion they will be reported and demoted
